Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; 5+ years of DoD/government contract or R&D experience.
• Active security clearance at Secret or Top Secret; ability to obtain SCI/SAP clearance.
• Experience managing DoD projects; strong planning and organizational skills.
• Skills with program management tools and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage program schedule and budget; clarify execution plan.
• Plan, execute, and deliver program capability with PI.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; monitor progress.
• Coordinate across functional capabilities to maximize outcome.
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and drive improvements.
• Execute multiple programs to track cost, schedule, and technical metrics.
• Lead capture and proposal writing while adhering to gated process.
• Create and manage subcontractor statements of work.
• Foster collaboration with clear direction and feedback.
• Understand customer needs and identify future opportunities.
• Connect across synergistic programs to realize STR strategy.
