Job summary

Taleo is seeking a Program Manager to support HQ US Space Force planning, integration, and management of multi-year initiatives. You will coordinate actions across divisions, track progress, and support leadership communications.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree (or a bachelor’s with 8+ years), 10 years PM experience, and certifications CPMAI and PMP; proficient with ETS/ETMS2, Envision, SharePoint workflows and Power BI; TS/SCI clearance required; travel may be needed.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred in management or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience acceptable.
  • Ten years of experience in program or project management.
  • CPMAI certification.
  • PMP certification.
  • Progressive experience in high-level technical and organizational support services.
  • Advanced experience with ETS/ETMS2, Envision, SharePoint workflows and Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate action within the applicable division, other divisions, HQ Space Staff and all other relevant stakeholders.
  • Track progress on design/development/delivery of systems and/or capabilities to meet current and emerging mission requirements.
  • Interface and perform Space Force strategy and plans-related analysis and support with key stakeholders.
  • Determine future service force requirements.
  • Assist in generating reports on latest research, analysis and studies in data management and related efforts.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives by leveraging artificial intelligence, advanced data analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance data-driven insights, and support senior-leader strategic decision-making.

  • Generate and provide administrative support for executive level products (ex. Slides, meeting minutes, strategic reports, etc.) using a suite of Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

The primary objective of this task order is to assist the Headquarters United States Space Force (HQ USSF) and the Director of Staff (HQSF/DS) in organizational planning, implementation, maturation, and strengthening of the HQ Space Force. To further the process of developing HQ USSF, a multi-faceted planning, integration, and management support team continues to implement a multi-phased, (multi-year), plan to transition HQ USSF from an initial operating capacity to full operational capacity.


The Program Manager will be specifically responsible for coordinating efforts, tracking progress, identifying requirements, and support communication efforts between senior leadership and key stakeholders.


Functions and Tasks

Qualifications


  • Master’s Degree with a preference for studies in management or related fields

  • or Bachelor’s Degree and an additional eight (8) years of relevant experience.

  • Ten (10) years of experience in Program or Project Management.

  • PMI Certified Professional in Managing AI (CPMAI) Certification

  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • Progressive experience in high-level technical and organizational support services.

  • Advanced experience with ETS/ETMS2, Envision, SharePoint workflows and Power BI.


Travel: Travel may be required to attend customer meetings, program reviews, training events, or mission-related activities as directed.
