Job summary

Gemini Industries Inc. seeks a Facilities and Equipment Operations Specialist to support SAF/OC/CDME facilities, space, and property management initiatives in Fort Washington, MD.

You will coordinate with installation and engineering offices and manage space requirements and work orders, leveraging Generative AI tools to accelerate tasks. The position requires Top Secret/SCI clearance, a BA/BS (or AA/AS with additional experience), and at least five years of related DoD-focused work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of specific functional experience in support of a DoW component.
• Experience in facilities and property supporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility and property related tasks with installation and engineering offices.
• Support workspace analysis and identify space requirements matching capacity.
• Prepare decision briefings on facility management activities as requested by the government.
• Submit work orders to correct maintenance, repairs, and deficiencies.
• Use Generative AI tools to accelerate tasks, research, documentation, analysis, planning, reporting, and problem solving.

Education

BA/BS or AA/AS with 4+ years experience
