Qualifications

• Review tickets to ensure correct event information.
• Greet guests with eye contact, a smile and a friendly greeting.
• Advise supervisor and/or management of all unusual customer concerns.
• Maintain awareness of crowd situations.
• Maintain a working relationship with all departments, staff and vendors associated with the venue.
• Provide any post event feedback to supervisor and/or management upon request.
• Recognize, resolve, and/or report issues and safety concerns that could contribute to guest, staff, and/or vendor experience.
• Retain event information provided during pre and post event briefing(s) as well as information provided regarding the property’s restaurants, services, shows and events.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays is Required
• High School Diploma or GED is Preferred

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$16.00

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
