Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a major USG IT services program. The PM will plan, coordinate, and deliver all aspects of the program across service desk, hardware management, deployments, and infrastructure management.

The role requires BA/8+ years (or MS/6+ years), strong budgeting skills, and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance. On-site work in Chandler, AZ or Washington, DC with travel as needed is required.

Qualifications

• BA degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Independent performance in Program Manager role.
• Experience planning projects including labor, scope, and statements of work.
• Labor forecasting/management experience; familiarity with RLN, ROM, and other PM tools.
• Familiarity with financial/budget management, including monthly budget reviews and adjustments for EAC planning.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
• Strong desire to grow and learn new technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally in meetings and discussions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multitask.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain/maintain SECRET clearance.
• Must complete a government background check.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage, resource, schedule, report, forecast, and implement corrective actions to meet SLAs.
• Monitor and report contract execution and performance.
• Submit contractual reports to the government as specified.
• Maintain staffing levels to execute contract tasks.
• Manage and support subcontractors, consultants, and resources.
• Monitor cost, quality, and schedule performance and report status.
• Develop/manage PM documents (OBS, WBS, PM Plans, Risk Plans, SOWs, schedules).
• Ensure PMs understand required documentation and templates, using PMBOK practices.
• Provide monthly reports on budget burn, burndown charts, and project duration.
