Augustine Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Government Programs team, delivering IT service capability for ARTRANS.

The role oversees multi-disciplinary efforts from initiation to closure, aligning activities with objectives and managing stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in management of military hardware/software development, systems analysis, and possess or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have US citizenship and be able to obtain Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years or Master’s with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage program portfolios from initiation to closure.
• Communicate program performance to senior military and civilian stakeholders.
• Oversee Transition-In through IOC and FOC, including overlap period.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports with milestones, actions, and costs.
• Coordinate planning and implementation of contract support activities.
