Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or customer-facing experience.

• Experience with multi-channel support (phone, email, chat) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with users daily via phone and digital channels to resolve issues.
• Document interactions to maintain accurate records for follow-up.
• Escalate complex issues to Senior Associates when needed.
• Learn our solutions and policies to educate and empower users.
• Take on additional projects to support team success.
