Qualifications

Experience with U.S. Navy readiness reporting as a unit or resource manager.
Experience with U.S. Navy expeditionary mission partners (Naval Construction Forces, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Forces, Maritime Expeditionary Security Forces, Naval Expeditionary Logistics).
Experience delivering training to military service members, civilians, and contractors.
Experience collaborating with data and digital delivery teams to rapidly iterate and deliver tech solutions for military operators and leadership.
Knowledge of Personnel, Equipment, Supply, Training, Ordnance, Networks, or Infrastructure resourcing.
Knowledge of Fleet Response Training Plan (FRTP) and Optimized Fleet Readiness Plan (OFRP).
Knowledge of readiness reporting including ROC, POE, NTAs, SORTS, DRRS, NTIMS.
Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree.
