Collaborative. Respectful. Work hard, play hard. A place to dream and do. These are just a few words that describe what life is like at WorldLink. We embrace a culture of experimentation and constantly strive for improvement and learning.

We take pride in our employees and their future with continued growth and career advancement. We put TEAM first. We are a competitive group that likes to win. We're grounded by humility and driven by ambition. We're passionate, and we love tough problems and new challenges. You don't hear a lot of "I don't know how" or "I can't" at WorldLink. If you are passionate about what you do and having fun while doing it; tired of rigid and strict work environments and would like to work in a non-bureaucratic startup cultural environment, WorldLink may be the place for you.

We are looking for a User Researcher to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Perform competitive research to analyze industry trends, identify strengths and weaknesses of competitors, and recommend actionable insights.
  2. Engage in market research to understand the target audience and market conditions to support product development and marketing strategies.
  3. Conduct UX research focusing on understanding user needs, behaviors, and preferences to enhance product usability.
  4. Utilize Figma and other modern tools to organize thoughts and present findings visually to stakeholders.
  5. Develop and deliver polished presentations to communicate research findings effectively, ensuring clarity and impact.

Required Experience and Education:

  • 3-7 years of experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience working with B2B products is essential or the capability to learn quickly the ins and outs of technical B2B products.

Necessary Skills and Attributes:

  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Capable of conducting ongoing research into competitors and market trends, contributing to long-term strategies rather than single-project initiatives.
  • Capable of leading research projects independently and helping persuade leadership with research findings.
  • Capable of adapting and shifting gears quickly to get results faster to help stakeholders make quick decisions. Being able to rely on secondary research methods like surveys, desktop research, etc., is a must for competitive/market research, use case/pain point finding, and vertical opportunity research.
