Join to apply for the Senior Research Associate - AI role at Keywords Studios.

Work Location: USA Remote (Prefer PST Time Zone)

Work Hours: M - F, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Pay Rate: $27 - $35 /hr DOE & location

The Senior Research Associate focuses on project delivery driven by KPIs, managing team performance, and training an AI engine. You will work on training AI to interact with humans in innovative ways, collaborating with various software tools.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing team members
• Setting and monitoring KPIs
• Attending daily stand-ups with clients
• Troubleshooting errors and answering team questions
• Performing quality audits
• Contributing to reports
• Developing and implementing new processes
• Training junior team members
• Ensuring timely, quality deliverables
• Strategically improving end-to-end processes
• Identifying and mitigating process risks
• Learning new software tools
