Job summary

SAIC is seeking a User Outreach Engineer to provide onsite SETA services at the NRO in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on driving user engagement, developing training materials, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to align capabilities with mission needs.

Qualifications include TS/SCI clearance with Poly and experience with NRO satellite systems. Travel domestically and internationally is expected, with a target salary range of $160,001–$200,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years experience; Master’s with 7+ years; PhD/JD with 4+ years.
• Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with Poly.
• Experience with NRO satellite systems and engaging with user communities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop training and educational materials for constellation capabilities.
• Integrate with other user engagement teams across the directorate for cohesive messaging.
• Coordinate with operational commands and science & technology orgs to promote use cases and inform capability needs.
• Ensure user readiness to employ and experiment with tasking, data discovery, and exploitation capabilities.
• Prepare responses to customer leadership requests for information.
• Travel is required; may occur once a month.
