We’re looking for a talented UI Engineer to craft modern, seamless user experiences within the ServiceNow Workspace using UI Builder. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to bring intuitive workflows to life, leveraging deep knowledge of ServiceNow frontend customization and backend integration.

Qualifications

• Experience: 9 plus years in frontend development with 3+ years of focused work on ServiceNow (Workspace, UI Builder, and Service Portal).
• Technical Skills:
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow UI scripting (Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and working with ServiceNow’s backend (Glide Record, Script Includes, etc.).
• Exposure to responsive design and accessibility standards.

ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience building custom components using UI Builder and extending ServiceNow’s modern UI capabilities.

• Agile Proficiency: Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment with distributed teams.
• Bonus: Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., integrating LLMs, chat interfaces, predictive recommendations) or ServiceNow’s AI features.
