Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to promote data-driven decision making throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating cross-functionally, and advocating for user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research using various techniques
• Analyze behavioral and attitudinal data to identify customer pain points and unmet needs
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnographic studies, contextual inquiries, and concept testing
• Synthesize and present research findings effectively
• Develop journey maps, user personas, and jobs to be done based on human-centered design principles
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams to incorporate user feedback into the product development process
• Scope research initiatives accurately in collaboration with stakeholders
• Leverage existing data and connect insights to analytics
• Work within a SAFE Agile environment, coordinating projects by sprints
• Work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality output

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of UX Research experience
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Visual Design, or related field
• Proficiency with wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Experience with unmoderated testing and prototyping tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Portfolio demonstrating your expertise and process
• Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and openness to feedback
