Job summary

Allied is seeking an experienced User Experience Partner to handle broad property administration tasks and ensure high user satisfaction across our portfolio. You will report to the Manager, Portfolio Operations and collaborate with teams to address planned and urgent operational needs.

Responsibilities include handling day-to-day user questions, lease inquiries, and service requests, while maintaining timely property information and filing.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in a customer-driven administrative role.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and people skills, including a proven ability to build relationships.
  • Strong computer skills, with excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous Yardi experience an asset.
  • An ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Purpose

As User Experience Partner, you will perform a broad range of property administration duties to ensure user experience expectations are met and your assigned properties are performing well.

Reporting to a Manager, Portfolio Operations, you will collaborate across our organization to address both the planned and unplanned operational needs of our users.

Responsibilities

$56,000 - $65,000 a year

Allied determines individual compensation by work location and other factors, including relevant experience, education and internal equity.
