Our top client is on a mission to revolutionize digital experiences. We're seeking a visionary UX Product Designer to join our innovative team and help us craft the future of our digital landscape.

Rate: 50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Partner with development teams to ensure all requirements are crystal clear and design-ready.
• Harness the power of Figma to create captivating wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
• Lead usability testing to guarantee our products exceed user expectations.
• Leverage design system principles and best practices to elevate user experiences.
• Discover and develop user flows and features for both new and existing digital products.
• Design and architect top-notch, engaging experiences for our customers and associates.
• Manage multiple design projects, whether for individual products or at the product group level.
• Tackle complex design challenges at the product level using a blend of architecture, UI, and graphic design skills.
• Deliver high-quality, timely outputs such as presentations, user interface elements, wireframes, and production work.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive and comprehensive design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study
• 4+ years' of experience in design
• Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools
• Retail experience
• Supply Chain Experience

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
