Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• Certification in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair (Level B qualifications).

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on Certified Pre-Owned and Used Cars.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine and transmission.
• Communicate with internal advisors regarding repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform Certified Pre-Owned, Used Car, and Cash Car inspections
• Complete work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicate directly with the internal advisor and used car director regarding timeframe and repairs
• Execute warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications when necessary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
• Knowledge of multiple vehicle brands preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Certification in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair (Level B qualifications)
• Dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer proficiency
• Positive, friendly attitude with a desire to improve
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and collaborate with team members
• Willingness to learn new technologies, procedures, and specifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
