Friendship Automotive is seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and optimize the used car operation. You will partner with the General Manager to plan inventory and guide the sales team to close deals, while maintaining a customer-focused dealership reputation.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, high energy, and a track record of automotive sales success, with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage daily operations effectively.

Competenze

• 3+ years automotive sales experience required.
• 1+ year automotive dealership management experience preferred.
• Verifiable success in automotive leadership.
• Well-developed problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiastic personality with high-energy attitude.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Customer-focused and process-oriented.
• Able to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Partner with GM to plan and manage used vehicle inventory
• Work directly with team members to fuel the sales process
• Drive profitability through high-level involvement in daily operations
• Assist Product Specialists with overcoming objections and closing deals
• Develop and maintain rapport with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership reputation
• Engage and motivate team members to follow sales processes and best practices
