Job summary

DCH Subaru of Riverside is seeking a Used Vehicle Manager to lead a high-volume pre-owned department. You will build a strong team, focus on customer service, and drive profitable used-car operations in Riverside.

You will report to the General Manager, collaborate with Sales, and implement effective procurement outside auctions while maintaining compliance and a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a track record as a high-volume Used Vehicle Manager.
• Experience managing desk car deals and coordinating with a sales team.
• 3+ years of procurement experience outside auctions.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Used Vehicle Department and report to the General Manager.
• Build a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Engage with customers and the Sales Team to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have a track record as a high-volume Used Vehicle Manager (REQUIRED)
• Manager that desk car deals (REQUIRED)
• 3+ years of experience with procurement outside the auction (REQUIRED)
• Know how to engage with customers and Sales Team (REQUIRED)
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The California salary pay range for this position is $12,000.00 - $20,000.00 monthly. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Department Net and Manufacturer Approbatibility, Total Used Units. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
