Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Used Vehicle Manager at Anaheim Hyundai in California. You will drive used-vehicle strategy, buy and manage inventory, and coordinate with the sales team to meet dealership goals.

You will report to the General Manager and use multiple channels to source vehicles, ensuring a diverse mix aligned with projections and profitability targets. Strong negotiation and market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Track record as a high volume Used Vehicle Manager.
• Ability to desk car deals.
• Strong knowledge of procurement outside the auction.
• Know how to engage with customers and Sales Team.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Schedule

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Total Rewards

The California salary pay range for this position is $180,000.00 - $260,000.00 annually. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Department Net and Manufacturer Approvability, Total Used Units. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
