What You'll Do

• Buy and manage Used Vehicle Inventory to ensure Used Vehicle sales meet company standards.
• Use all avenues for purchasing Used Vehicles.
• Ensure that inventory remains diverse and following sales projections.
• You will report directly to the General Manager.

What You'll Bring

• Must have a track record as a high volume Used Vehicle Manager.
• REQUIRED Ability to desk car deals.
• REQUIRED Strong knowledge of procurement outside the auction.
• REQUIRED Know how to engage with customers and Sales Team.
• REQUIRED Highline Used Vehicle Manager experience.
• PREFERRED Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Schedule

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Total Rewards

The California salary pay range for this position is $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Department Net and Manufacturer Approvability, Total Used Units. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
