Reliable Chevrolet in Missouri seeks a high-impact Used Vehicle Director to own the pre-owned operation, drive profitability, and coach a winning team. You will shape inventory sourcing, pricing, and digital merchandising to maximize turnover and gross profits.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Service, F&I, and BDC leadership while building a high-performance culture focused on accountability, growth, and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Owns performance and profitability of the pre-owned vehicle operation
• Oversees inventory acquisition, appraisal, and trade management
• Manages used vehicle sales, aging, turn, and stocking levels
• Drives pricing strategy, merchandising, and online presentation
• Leads wholesale strategy and loss mitigation
• Speaks to reconditioning speed, quality, and expense control
• Guides digital retailing and online merchandising
• Manages recruiting, coaching, and performance of the team
• Collaborates with New Vehicle, Service, F&I, and BDC leadership
