• Oversee inventory acquisition, appraisal, pricing, and turn; manage aging and stocking levels.
• Lead digital merchandising, wholesale strategy, and reconditioning speed; drive online presence.
• Recruit, coach, and manage the Used Vehicle team; collaborate with New Vehicle, Service, F&I, and BDC leadership.
