Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Retail Used Firearms Outfitter in Lexington to evaluate and purchase used firearms, initiate ATF forms, and ensure compliant transfer to customers. You will greet customers, advise on merchandise, and help with buying decisions while maintaining store standards.

The role requires 21+ and knowledge of firearms, with a focus on safety, legality, and exceptional service. Local travel is possible; Bass Pro benefits apply for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and advise on merchandise to drive purchases.
• Knowledge of firearms to evaluate, appraise and advise on purchases.
• Strong retail experience and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, appraise and purchase used firearms.
• Ensure legal transfer processes and 4473 form initiation.
• Maintain visual standards and stock in the department and back room.
• Provide legendary customer service and product recommendations.
• Handle customer issues with sound judgment and problem solving.
