Bass Pro Shops in Wheeling, WV is seeking a part-time Retail Used Firearms Outfitter to evaluate, appraise, and purchase used firearms, log them in the bound book, and ensure proper payment to customers. The role processes firearm transactions in compliance with all policies and laws and initiates 4473 forms with customers.

You will provide legendary customer service, advise on purchases, maintain display standards, and stay updated on firearms models and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years of experience
• Knowledge of firearms required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, appraise, and purchase used firearms in compliance with laws and policies
• Initiate ATF 4473 forms and perform background checks before transfers
• Provide legendary customer service by assisting customers in buying decisions
• Maintain showroom standards and back room organization
• Participate in training on firearms products and selling skills
