Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Rapid City, SD seeks a Retail Used Firearms Outfitter to evaluate, purchase and process used firearms in compliance with ATF and state laws. You will initiate 4473 forms, perform final checks, and ensure accurate bound-book entries while delivering exceptional customer service and guidance to shoppers.

The role requires ability to work with firearms, maintain store standards, and participate in ongoing training on products, compliance, and selling skills to help customers make

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience evaluating and handling firearms is preferred.
• Familiarity with ATF and background check processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, appraise, and purchase used firearms.
• Process firearm transfers and initiate 4473 forms with customers.
• Maintain visual standards and department housekeeping.
• Provide legendary customer service and product recommendations.
• Adhere to all laws, policies, and safety procedures.
