The position requires 2–4 years in retail or firearms, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to safely handle firearms. Strong computer skills and knowledge of current models are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Safely handle firearms and understand basic firearm safety.
• Knowledge of purchasing firearms through industry channels or collections.
• Strong retail and computer literacy to process transactions and inventory.
• Ability to appraise market value of used firearms.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, appraise and purchase used firearms per policy.
• Initiate ATF and state forms; ensure legal transfers and background checks.
• Maintain visual standards and department organization; restock and clean fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service; assist customers in buying decisions.
• Handle transactions efficiently and comply with policies and laws.
