Qualifications

• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive A/C systems, electrical systems, and drivability concerns.
• Perform advanced electrical diagnostics using manufacturer tools and resources.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC concerns, wiring issues, sensors, modules, and control systems.
• Document all diagnostic steps and repair actions accurately.
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear repair explanations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in ongoing Ford and Lincoln training as assigned.

Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs.
