Tuttle-Click Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead the service department as a technical leader. You will mentor technicians, guide diagnostics, and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement, with a compensation range of $9,500–$12,000 per month, plus comprehensive benefits. A strong automotive background and ASE or OEM certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous Shop Foreman experience preferred.
• Extensive automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
• ASE Certifications and manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or FIAT experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

As Shop Foreman, you will serve as the technical expert and leader of the service shop, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and according to manufacturer standards.

Automotive Shope Foreman Compensation and Benefits

The Shop Foreman position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:

• Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, certifications, skill level, and performance
• Production‑based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity
• Retention‑based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced

The anticipated pay range for this position is $9,500 - $12,000 monthly. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not met.

Qualifications: Qualifications

• Previous Shop Foreman experience preferred
• Reynolds Experience Preferred
• Extensive automotive diagnostic and repair experience
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or FIAT experience strongly preferred
• ASE Certifications and manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Proven ability to diagnose complex vehicle concerns
• Commitment to producing high-quality work and first-time fix results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
