Automotive Master Technician Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Hyundai vehicles to manufacturer standards

Automotive Master Technician Compensation And Benefits

The Master Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements.

• Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, skill level, certifications, and performance
• Production‑based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity
• Retention‑based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $33.80 to $45.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not met.

• ASE Certifications are a plus
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
