Job summary

Used Car Technician position in a high-volume shop with a fast-paced environment and a great work atmosphere. Our team values ongoing training, flexibility in scheduling and ample work to share. OEM certifications are encouraged and supported.

Responsibilities include performing repair orders, test-driving vehicles, and diagnosing systems with standard diagnostic tools. Candidates should have a strong automotive background and be willing to undergo a background check.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications ideal.
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.
• Willing to submit to a background check.
• Experience in a dealership/auto shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and verify components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional repairs and time estimates.

We are seeking experienced Used Car Technicians to join our team. Our high volume shop is fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere! Our small team structures allow for flexible scheduling, ongoing training and plenty of work to share.OEM certifications are encouraged!

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to abackground check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
