Job summary

All Star Nissan in Denham Springs, LA is actively seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our high-volume service team. You will perform repairs per repair orders and dealership standards.

The role offers competitive pay with bonuses and comprehensive benefits, along with company-funded training and advancement opportunities. Candidates should have 3-5+ years of technician experience and be coachable.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years Automotive Technician Experience (Required).
• Manufacturer experience preferred.
• Customer focused professional who is self-motivated, competitive and coachable.
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair orders and dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor so customers are informed if any additional service is needed and provide time estimates for repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and coordinate with parts for needed items.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
