Job summary

Luther Automotive Group in Minnesota is seeking experienced Technicians to join our high-volume, fast-paced shop. We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and plenty of work; OEM certifications are encouraged.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing vehicles, test-driving, and communicating with service advisors about additional work. Compensation ranges from $28 to $60 per hour with incentives.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to submit to a background check.
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to test components and systems.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C).
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional services needed.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
• Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

$28-$60/hour (Incentive-Based)
