Job summary

Luther Automotive Group in Minnesota is hiring a Used Car Technician for a fast-paced, high-volume shop. The role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities to work on OEM certifications.

The position pays $28–$60 per hour with incentive-based pay, and requires ASE certifications where possible along with a clean driver's license and background check clearance. Join a family-owned, growth-oriented team with benefits and long-term stability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.

We are seeking experienced Technicians to join our team. Our high volume shop is fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere! Our small team structures allow for flexible scheduling, ongoing training and plenty of work to share. OEM certifications are encouraged!
