Position Overview

As an Experienced A Level Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and professional work habits. You will be responsible for accurately diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while upholding Madison Honda's high standards of service quality.

Primary Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer vehicle concerns using current diagnostic tools and technical resources.
• Maintain courteous and professional interaction with all customers
• Stay updated with technical publications, Service Comm, and the Asist terminal system.
• Deliver safe and high-quality vehicle service, ensuring repairs are completed correctly the first time.
• Fully address all original customer issues before offering additional services.
• Inspect vehicles for potential additional service needs based on local and factory recommendations.
• Return vehicles to customers in a clean or cleaner condition than when received.
• Participate in factory and in-house training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and ensure proper documentation is attached to repair orders.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Group Leader.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and appropriate uniform standards during work hours.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position. Specific work hours will be communicated during the interview process.
