Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Automotive technical training (varys by store needs).
• Attention to detail.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order, meeting dealer and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections to recommend safety and reliability improvements.
• Document work performed on each vehicle in the repair order.
• Maintain tools and keep up with factory bulletins and training.
• Provide exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
