Job summary

AutoNation is hiring a Skilled Technician to perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to dealer and factory standards, building trust and ensuring customer confidence in safety and reliability. You will diagnose, repair, and communicate with the service team while maintaining thorough documentation and a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role offers paid training, OEM certification support, and opportunities to advance into Service, Sales, Management roles across our nationwide

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order, to dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage work and customer updates.
• Diagnose issues, perform repairs when authorized, and document all work on the repair order.
