Job summary

DCH Toyota of Torrance in Torrance, CA is hiring Used Car Service Technicians to diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles to manufacturer standards, perform advanced mechanical and electrical work, complete maintenance services, and communicate repair status with service advisors.

The position is full-time with a flat-rate/ hourly pay range of $16.90–$35.00, benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and opportunities for Toyota training and additional certifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous used automotive service technician experience.
• ASE certifications and manufacturer training preferred but not required.
• Diagnostic and repair skills in a busy shop.

Responsibilities

• Pay: $16.90 - $35.00 Hourly/Flat Rate, depending on level
• Schedule: Full Time
• Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 5:00pm.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• We prefer ASE certifications and manufacturer training, but do not require them.
• Diagnostic and repair skills
• Succeed in a busy automotive shop while working collaboratively with technicians and service staff.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 - $35.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
