McCarthy Auto Group is seeking a Used Car Manager to drive used vehicle sales growth and lead the team to operational success in a fast-paced environment. You will forecast store sales, manage inventory, and oversee deal submissions to lenders with credit decisions and closings.

You will hire, train, and motivate the sales staff, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and participate in sales/manager meetings while handling additional tasks as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Five years used car management experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years used car experience required.
• Proven ability to source used vehicles beyond normal trade-ins.
• Knowledge of dealership procedures.

JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for the appraisal of used vehicles, as well as forecasting store sales goals.


• Maintain and source used vehicle inventory for the dealership.


• Accurately, desk and submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.


• Hire, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team, working closely with team members to set and meet goals.


• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with federal, state, and local regulations that affect used vehicle sales.


• Attend sales and manager meetings.


• Other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Five years used car management experience preferred


• Minimum of three years used car experience required


• Proven track record of acquiring used vehicles outside of normal trade ins


• Knowledge of dealership procedures


• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency


• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills


• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and must be able to pass pre-employment requirements including drug test and background screen.


• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record


• High School diploma or equivalent
