The Russ Darrow Group in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to lead and motivate the sales team, work directly with customers, and guide deals from inception to close.

You will train and mentor Sales Associates, monitor productivity, and collaborate with F&I and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. This role emphasizes relationship-building, market knowledge, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience.
• Ability to train additional sales associates and work in a team.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday.
• Clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable to performance goals and standards.
• Work directly with customers and sales staff to build relationships and enhance the sales process.
• Assist in desking deals, structuring transactions, and closing new and pre-owned sales.
• Train, coach, and mentor Sales Associates on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Monitor and improve team productivity, including lead follow-up, appointments, and closing ratios.
• Support the development of each salesperson’s pipeline and customer base.
• Facilitate ongoing sales training and team development initiatives.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with F&I and other departments to ensure smooth deal flow and customer experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, market trends, and dealership offerings.
