Job Description:
As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our used car department. This includes managing inventory, driving sales, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise and leadership will be key to achieving our sales targets and maintaining Raceway Nissan's reputation as a trusted automotive dealer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental goals.
  • Manage and optimize used car inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels and competitive pricing.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends to stay competitive and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, preferably in used car sales.
  • Desking/F&I experience required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
