The Russ Darrow Group in Wisconsin is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing automotive sales team. You will coach Sales Associates, drive performance, mentor staff, and guide customers through the buying process to ensure an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership in automotive sales, hands-on desking and closing abilities, and a passion for coaching and training to lift team results.

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience is required.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate and hold the sales team to performance goals and standards.
• Work directly with customers and staff to build relationships and enhance the sales process.
• Assist in desking deals, structuring transactions, and closing new and pre-owned sales.
• Train, coach and mentor Sales Associates on proven sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Monitor and improve team productivity, including lead follow-up, appointments, and closing ratios.
• Support development of each salesperson’s pipeline and customer base.
• Facilitate ongoing sales training and team development initiatives.
• Collaborate with F&I and other departments to ensure smooth deal flow and customer experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, market trends and dealership offerings.
