DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a Used Car Sales Manager to lead the used car department. The role focuses on building a skilled sales team, managing vendor relationships, and achieving monthly quotas while overseeing inventory and reporting.

The position requires leadership in training, process improvement, and collaboration with the service department to ensure quality vehicle readiness. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience acquiring used cars is required.
• Proven ability to develop sales consultants and train staff.
• Ability to manage third party vendor relationships effectively.
• Experience forecasting and budgeting for a used car department.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales consultants and manage their performance.
• Build relationships with employees and customers to streamline the sales process.
• Partner with third party vendors and the service department to complete repairs.
• Administer annual forecast and budget for the used car department.
• Assist with inventory management and transfer information into the vehicle management system.
• Track revenue, desk deals, and manage retail delivery reports.
