Pull-A-Part of Knoxville LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the first and last person customers interact with. You will guide them through our parts yard, answer questions, process transactions, and ensure every customer leaves with the help they need.

This role is essential to delivering an excellent customer experience and smooth retail operation. Responsibilities include assisting customers, locating parts with digital tools, handling cash/card payments, and supporting teammates

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.).
• Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
