Ricart Express Newark is hiring a Product Specialist to help customers find the right vehicle and to build the skills and confidence to grow a career in automotive sales. No years of experience required—we provide training and a supportive team environment.

The role focuses on answering questions, presenting vehicles, handling deliveries, and guiding customers through the purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and meet company motor vehicle report standards.
• High school education or equivalent.
• 1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, restaurant, food service or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales calls and handle questions with proven trained responses, including outgoing phone calls.
• Greet customers, vendors, and employees as they enter the building.
• Organize and handle all aspects of vehicle presentation & deliveries.
• Check insurance, identification, and update systems.
• Follow instructions and processes using proper paperwork/digital assets.
• Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, trade assessments & more.
• Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor.
• Turn-over to team leader (sales supervisor) to present financial/cash options.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, monthly payments for customer purchases to lead to customer ownership of a vehicle.
