Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Recon Manager for our on-site service operation in Houston. The role focuses on reconditioning used vehicles, completing multi-point inspections, and ensuring all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience required.
• Experience performing used vehicle inspections and reconditioning.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
• ASE certifications are ideal but not required.

• Complete reconditioning work to ensure vehicles meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards.

• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
