Job summary

Southwest Infiniti, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring an Automotive Recon Manager in Houston, TX. This role leads the reconditioning operations to deliver high-quality vehicles and outstanding customer experiences.

You will organize daily schedules, oversee recon workflow across departments, and ensure accurate repair orders and inventory control while maintaining strong working relationships with dealership staff.
