Southwest Infiniti is seeking an experienced Automotive Recon Manager to lead vehicle reconditioning operations at our Houston-area dealership. You will organize daily recon schedules, oversee the inventory recon process, and coordinate with multiple departments to optimize turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily recon department schedule.
• Oversee vehicle inventory recon process.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to optimize recon timelines.
• Assign repair orders and manage workflow to maximize productivity.
• Create and manage repair orders for recon, rust-proofing, and customer work.
• Maintain inventory and supplies for recon and rust-proofing.
• Prepare and process repair orders with daily filing and documentation.
• Build positive working relationships with dealership managers and staff.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervision.
