Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Used Car Manager, Pre-Owned Manager, or Automotive Management professional.
• Experience in managing inventory, pricing, reconditioning, and retail merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead the used-car department to grow sales volume and market share.
• Maintain a diverse, marketable used-vehicle inventory and analyze performance.
• Oversee reconditioning, front-line readiness, and merchandising of vehicles.
• Set pricing, monitor market data, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
• Coach and develop the used-car team and collaborate with other departments.
