Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all used car operations, including appraisals, inventory management, acquisitions, and retail performance.
• Develop and execute sourcing, pricing, and merchandising strategies based on market trends.
• Partner with service and reconditioning to ensure vehicles meet Cable Dahmer standards.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve performance goals while maintaining a customer-first culture.
• Utilize data and KPIs to drive growth and profitability.
• Build relationships with customers and community partners to promote loyalty and visibility.
