Key Responsibilities

• Manage all used car operations, including appraisals, inventory management, acquisitions, and retail performance.
• Develop and execute sourcing, pricing, and merchandising strategies based on market trends.
• Partner closely with the service and reconditioning departments to ensure all vehicles meet Cable Dahmer quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve performance goals while maintaining a positive, customer-first culture.
• Utilize data and key performance metrics to make informed decisions that drive growth and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with customers and community partners to promote long-term loyalty and dealership visibility.
